Spent all Friday on the phone, called every WRF seller I could find on the internet, and ended up buying this one, which is from the friend of a friend. It has only 10hours on the engine! Will have to wait this coming Friday to try it... can't wait... might as well take half day off work.

Big move, dude. Saw ?????? at the shop just now and he said he thought you probably slept next to the bike last night. :DD

If only the WR could cook, wouldn't need Fon.

Ride safe!

I picked it up off a distressed Dane in Phuket. Just 1,300 KM on the clock at 11 months 'old'. 26K later, she has a few bumps and bruises.

Cheers.

Jim - How did you like the Wee-Strom?
I kept taking the wee on some pretty challenging places for a big bike and was always surprised how well it handled it. Slow and steady was the way to ride the rough off-road stuff. For the money it really was a great bike. This was probably pushin it a little for the strom

I have just sold my chopper a few days ago Yamaha Virage V750 . incredible bike, took 14 months to build, but sadly had to let her go

Picking up a new Green KLX 250 in weeks time from CM. (looking forwards to adding a few LEDs to this one!!)

also ride the KLX 125 and a honda dream

Around Koh Tao and Samui - hence why I had to sell it - moving to off road make more sense!

I recently sold a near new ER6N, a KTM 450 EXC and even my sons KLX 110 (who much to my disgust never cared for it....) to buy this-p1010691.jpg

My new monoshock Yamaha DT 125. Classic 2-stroke from the late '70's or early '80's. This one even has a current plate and green book. In great condition and sure to see some off-road use.

LUFC's brand spanking new Husaberg 300 2-stroke (basically a blue KTM 300 EXC-E)

"My bike arrived, spent the day greasing and checking stuff, still not finished. They put the rear fender on wrong, so could not attach the seat!

Gonna ride the CRF tomorrow until finished bolting on the toys.

Gonna seal the flywheel cover and make it a wet starter as per KTM."

My "new" bike got shipped from Rangoon yesterday, will pick it up from a furniture shop in Mae Sot in a week or so.

Perhaps not as immaculate as my DRZ motard on this thread was, but then again it is 65 years older than the DRZ so I guess it is forgiven...

It still needs seat padding and covering -would not be cool to get my privates stuck in them springs...
Allegedly the fenders are from a BSA M20 and the front brake appears to be put on the wrong side -in my opinion though that is not important as the bike is very very black... and black = cool, we all know it.

Chris it is the colour... black has that wicked, wicked look.... but seriously I reckon a re-spray (to a blacker shade of black of course) would not be out of order...

And a black seat cover... of course.

Paint it Matt black, Mercedes have an awesome matt black paint....polish a few bits and ride it... :RO

:DD

This is what I ride, a 2007 KLX 250 H, with minor upgradings such as GPR hand guards, Renthal bars, Kawasaki Racing grips, disc brake guard, steel braided brake lines, No Toil air filter, rejetted carb, kick starter and a Two Bros Racing pipe. I have changed the tank to a Clarke's 10 litre plastic tank, which is not fitted when this pic was taken.
