2025, BIKES VISITING A COFFEE TRUCK

[2wheels]

Almost every day I sit beside an excellent Coffee Truck in Doi Saket (retirement is like that!),
observing the passing parade whilst sipping on an iced Americano.
It's a good chance to meet interesting locals and, sometimes, chat about the bikes they arrive on.
I will add pics here as I get them.
Sometimes I am unable to get adequate details about the bikes so I am hoping subscribers to RA will be able to
add accurate information and/or interesting anecdotes.
Anyway, here goes.



1st January 2025

This little Yamaha Exciter RC starts off the new year.

8th January 2025

A nice collection of visitors today.

A friend bought this Royal Enfield Hunter yesterday.

Free helmet.

Heavily blessed at the nearest Temple.

A nice green.

Then a young couple arrived on something we have not seen here before.
A new Honda CL500, making a delightful sound.

The reason for the delightful sound.

And a young couple from Hong Kong are touring northern Thailand on this long term rental GPX Drone.

This little Yamaha 100cc again ........

... but this time putting all 100cc to work.

Not at the Coffee Truck but seen outside a Cafe.

This behemoth arrived today.
CanAm Renegade 1000cc, more than 700,000 baht!

And a Yamaha MT09.

A nice sounding GPX 'Racing'.

And a couple of tourers with pillions.

Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, year 2020 from Ubon.

And the Honda Africa Twin 1100 from Khon Kaen.

We can go many days without an interesting bike and then many can arrive on the same day.
Always nice to chat with the riders about their bikes and travels.

26th January 2025 (Australia Day)

A whole family on a Vespa called in for some take away drinks.

A young lad arrived on his near new (900kms) Honda CRF Rally 300.
He is a professional photographer and rides around with some friends photographing anything of interest.
He showed me some stunning images he had downloaded onto his 'phone.

I couldn't resist adding this 1300 VW Beetle (although the owner informed me he had it worked into a 1600cc).

This touring couple called in, mainly to check the weather because they were about to set off for Nan on their rented Honda 500X.

And the owner of this delightful Kawasaki Boss 175 has only arrived today to reside in Chiang Mai.
