Suansin Lanna Hotel
One of two hotels in Tak operated by the same family, the Lanna being the more up market of the two. Good large clean rooms for only 400 baht with Wifi and light breakfast.
Also has it own Chinese - Thai restaurant serving some very interesting food.

A nice hotel, big room, breakfast included in the price double rooms 690 baht but they were all booked so I ended up with a twin at 790. They are on bookingdotcom but I walked in.
WiFi and A/C are good, staff friendly
7eleven and a lotus about a 15 min walk
Bike is parked undercover right outside reception
