i have just open my motorcycle shop in pattaya and have 8 serviced apartments for rent they have just been fitted out with new furniture/beds/showers and arefrom 500 thb a night can do a deal for longer-a/c -cable tv-swimming pool-gardens-on site laundry service-secure parking -security.
i will throw in free scooter rental for every nite you stay if you mention rideasia forum.

in the mean time email some photo's of the building and apartments and ill post them, really helps if people can see stuff.

Good value hotels in Pattaya

Being down at the Bira racetrack, Pattaya last weekend we needed a decent value hotel in Pattaya.

We stayed at the Eastiny Inn Hotel and got a low season promotional rate of 980 Bht a night excluding breakfast. Hotel website is below:

Decent clean rooms for the money - justin even had swanned towels on the bed



My room - No swans




Map below shows the Eastiny Inn Hotel's location on Soi 8 which turns off the main street quite near the Central Plaza shopping centre (good for a reference point)

The Pig & Whistle restaurant is on Soi 7 - next street over, fantastic place for a big hangover breakfast & great food all round - great quality and ice cold aircon.

Its slap bang in the middle of what is now "Boys Town"

Its a fleapit.. Complete roach hole..

And the owner is an ass. Came on lots of forums I am on, giving fake pretend reviews, then when caught blew up and called everyone cnuts..

Dont think too much of the kitten club either, but will say, the TV system hooks into the CCTV, and you can actually flick the channel to the gogo and order up !! Thats at least novel..

I would rather stay elsewhere and just pay to have the pool setup private for a group of mates.. The pool setup they have is proper Roman level of debauchery.

Classy enough ??

If you're in Pattaya for the racing at Bira Circuit (race track) or just want to be out of the crazy-ness, staying east of Sukhumvit Rd on Siam Country Club Rd at Edy's MX shop & Guest House is a good value, interesting option. You even get a free scooter to use!



Rooms are newly renovated and 500 Bht with aircon, wifi & cable TV

If you need a taxi to get to Bira track or get back to the airport , try somsak on 08 0119 5035, very reliable.

A fantastic place for breakfast about 1km further east up Siam Country Club Rd (ON THE WAY TO BIRA TRACK) is the Road House (cute waitresses in short skirts too)

Also about 1km east of Edy's place is the Klua restaurant that does fantastic western food and not too expensive - its next to the Tesco Lotus (heading east a right turn off of Siam CC rd)

Also in the same area a great place to hang out in the afternoon and make some "new friends" is the Aqua Deymie pool-bar

To get to Bira Circuit by scooter, its about 14km east along Siam Country Club Rd, from Sukhumvit Rd (R3). Follow the initial signs for the Pattaya Polo Club and golf

Pretty new place in the perfect location sandwiched between two bars serving great food and other venues close by. Classic rooms are huge with modern theme, secure parking for several motorcycles, walk in rate was 1,300 a night.
