GARMIN MONTANA 650

Does anyone in/near Chiang Mai have one of these 'lying around' not being used?

I have tried but failed to find anywhere in Thailand where a Montana 650 can be repaired. Mine only requires repairs to the on/off button. Any suggestions?

Does the on/off button not work at all? My Montana 600 on/off button became damaged as the rubber disintegrated around it and the little grommet under it was lost forever. So I got a piece of those thin wooden sticks you get from 7-eleven when you get hot chicken pieces. I cut a small bit from the end and carefully super glued it to the little button on the inside, which the little grommet would sit on, I then put some black masking tape over the top. It works a treat and has been like this for over 2 years

No worries, just make sure the wood protrudes a bit as the normal grommet did, mine works a treat
