Chiang Rai West Hills ride

CRS and I managed to get in some decent riding today. really fun two track, single track and water crossings. Greasy stuff was mostly dry so all in all a really fun few hours. We were sort of north of the Khun Korn waterfall area. I think Chris will post up tracks. Hope some of you other chiang rai guys will join next time

Looks like a good wet season area

Yeh, makes all the difference riding on open, unshaded tracks. The red stuff, though a no-fun greasy mess when it gets wet, seems to dry fast as long as it gets some air and light on it. Again, I was surprised on the good condition of the tracks round here during rainy season.

Pretty sure its a 1998 XR250L. But yeah the colors are baja-ish (not for long though). I am really liking it too, way better than the KLX. Lighter and the power comes on nicely

no but I was in his shop yesterday and bought a new 13t countershaft sprocket. Nice guy
