A few years on and a Coffee Shop

Its been a long time since I have posted, things have been quite busy. But I have been lurking. I have been and still are working in Iraq but I should be retired by the end of August 22 at the latest.
Then I can get the bikes I am looking at and get travelling about with Ohm, my wife and start adding to the site again I hope
We have built a house, outside kitchen, bike room and 2 outside bedrooms then finally Ohm has opened the Coffee Shop.
We are on Google Maps and Earth.

So if you are passing then please pop in and grab a brew, you're most welcome. We are in Chaiyaphum Province, near Chum Phae - coords lat 16.504323 lon 102.036437

Fritz and his wife from Isaan Bikers on their way to Chiang Mai and Monika from Germany stopped for a coffee on her Isaan Tour

Brandon from Malaysia stopped by for a coffee, he stayed in Chum Phae a couple of nights so I took him out for a beer and food. Then I went out with him over 2 nights on the continuation of his trip. He'd ridden up from KL

I had a visit from David, form Oz who lives in Northern Thailand yesterday, good to see him again and it's great to see new faces and bikes at the coffee shop.

We had another international rider stop by for a brew. Frank from Southern Germany popped in for a coffee on his hired CB500x and a good natter on his travels in Thailand

These guys were just leaving the coffee shop when Ohm and I got back from town
They had come from Phu Thap Boek and were on their way to Sisaket
Great to see some Thai riders stopping for a drink

We had a quick visit from 2 guys who live in Khon Kaen
Another Frank who originates from Germany and Magnus from Sweden.
A very nice Moto Guzzi and a Honda Rebel
I managed to have a quick natter before they departed for home.

Had a visit yesterday from @Snakeboy and his good wife.
They had lunch and a drink at the coffee shop
Then in the evening we went to Number One Bar in Chum Phae

Another international rider stopped by for a brew today, Derek who originates from Canada but lives in Singapore popped in on his CB500x
Great meeting him and good timing as I only got back from BKK yesterday

The Coffee Shop was rammed yesterday morning and over lunch, the parade for Songkhran at our local temple started here
A good day was had by all, food, alcohol and coffee.

Ohm and I are sorry to announce that after 3 and a half years the coffee shop is closing.

Thanks to all that have visited us and long may the motorcycle community visits continue although it will be at my house.
