Kawasaki KSR
Hi, I own Kawasaki KSR (110cc), which is good for going to market and trips around the village. Since I moved to Thailand (Isan) permanently, I would like to buy something stronger. Nearest city is about 1 hour of ride (50 Km/30 Miles), which is out of range of my Kawasaki KSR 110. I would like to make overnight trips too.

I'm 168cm (5'5'') and although I'm 26 years old, I don't want something very strong or fast. It has to be something which is popular in Thailand. So I don't have any problem buying spare parts or finding service, where they can fix it. And also price.

What about a second hand Honda CBR 250 R?

Or the new Honda CBR 300 R?

Or PCX 150,perfect for short hops on country roads.

Honda CRF250M or L depending on your preference...reliable, cheap on gas, light but enough power to carry you and your wife, ideal to strap stuff on when you head to the market. Around 110-115k baht new in Surin...excellent value for the money.

If you're going to stay on the tarmac I'd go for a PCX 150. Will cope with the rigours of shopping and road trips.

Twist and go ??? Honda 150cc PCXi + 1 :giving:

and can go off road ????? but not for the faint hearted

Thank you for post.

Honda 150cc PCXi - No way!!!
Kawasaki KLX 150 - is 150cc enough? Shouldn't I go for 250cc?
Honda CRF250M - looks cool
Honda CBR 250 R - looks cool, especially that offer mentioned by KTMphil
