I gave Webike a try and bought the following product
KOMINE : SK - 491 Extreme knee Shin protector [04-491]
Not a bad price and shipping to Cambodia via EMS with tracking only cost $14.
I placed the order on 28-11-13, it shipped that day and arrived in Phnom Penh on 03-12-13.
Payment is by paypal only and I had to use a Cambodian paypal account for the billing address to line up with the shipping address.
Paddock in Bangkok sell the komine stuff too if you live in Thailand.
