Visas at borders

Hi People, in my usual style everything is last minute. I'm flying into Hanoi mid September and have sorted out the personal visa for that. I'm a Brit travelling on a Brit passport and disregarding any bike requirements, can I get visas for Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia on arrival at their land borders? Isn't travel wonderful.
