Thailand Border blank crossing forms/documents TM2, TM3 & TM4

& "Letter of Authorization" to take a bike out of the country in case the bike papers are not in your name

Below are the blank Thai border border crossing documents that are needed when arriving and leaving thailand by motorcycle. Filling in these forms beforehand can reduce the time required to cross the border.

The files are shown as as a picture and are also attached as "Rich Text Format" files in zipped files to reduce the size. You can just open these files in Microsoft Word and either enter the required information and print them or just print the blank forms.

The TM 2 is for the Nongkhai crossing but has generally been accepted also at other border crossings.

Attached please find a sample of a "Letter of Authorization" to take a bike out of the country in case the bike papers are not in your name.

The forms are in Thai and basically state that the Owner X authorizes Y to take the vehicle (specify brand and type, number plate and other particulars (engine/chassis number) out of the country. The form needs to be signed by X and Y as well as two witnesses.

YOU ALSO NEED TO ATTACH 20 BAHT OF GOVERNMENT TAX STAMPS TO THIS FORM, WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED FROM A GOVERNMENT OFFICE.
