The government has approved budget and new laws for investment in 2800 new breathalysers and also big roll out of new digital speed traps and radars ,,the miltary want safer roads and will be watching the cops carefully on enforcement ,,,
strange thing though is that enforcement of Crash helmet rules is no longer seriously enforced except in Bangkok which is weird as it would pay dividends in lives saved and money saved ,
