Tak has always been a tough place to find decent food. Wanted to add this before it's forgotten, Tak Steak House, Eric who lives in Vientiane, Laos ate there and said it's fantastic, even aged beef!

Thanks for that Phil. I have always liked Tak but the only good place to eat was the guest house where we always stayed on our way to Hua-Hin from MaeChan. Ye gods those chips look 'ansum.

Muang Nok Muang Na


Had a couple of riders from Tak here today. The restaurant is owned by a Thai couple that spend 7 years abroad cooking and apparently do fantastic western food. They don't even serve spicy Thai food they say it spoils the flavours of their western food!
