Auke and I spotted a familiar face between Luang Prabang and Phonsavan today.

We went to all the trouble to go back to warn him of oil on the road... and got a non-verbal response.

No, just uploading some drone stuff now. We simply saw him and wanted to warn him of the oil spill, but were rebuffed. Strange chap.
