Looks very similar to a all terrain vehicle called ROKON = http://www.rokon.com
ROKON, seen a red one for sale in one of the Shanghai bike shops last year, might find the pics somewhere, not loved ~ all dusty and flat tyres sitting lonely in a bike shop corner...
