I ride around the reservoir but I have made an error today and this was not the place I was looking for.
Losing all my waypoints last holiday is a real pain and I dont know where the place I am looking for is until I read my old trip report tonight

I explore a few different roads but I am not really enjoying todays ride at all as my back is aching like it has done for the past week.
Its weird as last holiday I had no aches like this at all and I guess its the fact that I have lost lots of weight/fat that was giving my back protection from the bumping

I stop and go for a walk around a roadside market

On the ride home I stop at a shop for some peanuts and immediately the worlds friendliest dog comes running over

I was in serious danger of being licked to death.
Meeting this lovely dog was definitely the highlight of todays ride

A lovely pizza from Jolly Frog for 115 Baht, perhaps I need to get back into eating only junk food to get my better health and feeling back

Thanks Bob, as soon as I get back to Chiang Mai I need to get something and I will be asking peoples advice on whats best.

I started doing off road riding in the UK in 1981 when I was 23 and I remember then that some of the older guys who were probably then about the same age as I am now were wearing protection and I guess its now my time to start wearing it
