The place was good and is popular with the local area expat community.
A lot of the rooms were full also.
The place is quite big with a reasonably sized car park in the middle, surrounded by rooms to let and the bar area
Breakfast was a bit late for me as it didn't start until 0900....it was extra and not included in the room price. The all day breakfast was 200 THB, it came with Tea or Coffee and orange juice
There was also a swimming pool on the grounds
The A/C and the shower worked well.
I didn't see any undercover parking so I parked under a tree to keep the sun off the bike.
Run by a guy from Australia.
The rooms had different prices, mine was 600 Thai Baht
