It's out to the east of town, the last 500m being an easy unmade road. they have a free shuttle bus to take and collect you from town​

Real cute bungalows with great views, also a swimming pool for 800 bht incl. aircon.​

Fully agree - stayed there last week and although the rooms are a bit smallish, everything worked and the room was clean

The price was quoted at 300-700 Baht ranging from fan to aircon and depending on the size of the room. Offroad parking for bikes and a few cars.

Watch out when parking on the road in front of the guesthouse as in Pai they have alternate days when parking is allowed along a road. So when in the evening you park on the right side, the next morning when you wake up your car is on the wrong side of the road. With the police station opposite the guesthouse, you might find a parking ticket on your car.

Fan bungalow 500 Bht. It gets so cool there at night, no aircon. needed, great place to stay.
