Which gave an opportunity to take a ride over the new R 107 / R 1001 / r 1095 link up road. Ally rode it a few weeks back and wrote about it too.
Not quite finished, if you're headed east on R 1095 (MHS loop road), at the junction with R 107, the entrance to the link up road, R 1414 is still blocked off (traffic signal not finished)

The slip roads from R 107 give you access (to link up R 1414)

The bridge across the Ping river is finished, further east on R 1414, they are still finishing a bridge across a klong

There is a 500 meter, dirt diversion, very smooth, a sports bike could do it no problem

Looking south down R 1001 at the junction with the link up road. Headed north on R 1001, 20.5km north of the Mae Jo University traffic light on R 1001, turn left here to get onto the link up road ( R 1414) westwards to r 107/ R 1095
