A newish lake along the 1090
A lot of scouts on a camping trip here today
This very friendly man is from Uganda and an English teacher at the local school, like me he was feeling the cold this morning.
He was telling me it was very foggy and felt freezing cold at the campsite this morning
Riding on and dirt starts at N16.49342 E098.81544
Flat gentle stuff today after the mountains of the last few days
Dirt finishes as I reach the 4017
Dirt starts again at N16.56960 E098.81837
I saw 1003 metres on the GPS
Certainly some good views from up here
If I can make my way to there it will be a little loop rather then having to ride back
Lots of potatoes growing here
I reach the spot where I rode to last year then see the track goes down and on into the distance so I follow it
After climbing and going through some bamboos the track turns to single track
Its the end of the line and time to ride back reaching asphalt at the Pa Wai waterfall
Dirt starts again at N16.51139 E098.72544 until I reach the 4016
More dirt from N16.53510 E098.73178 until I reach the 1090
Walking around the market in Mae Sot and plenty of bags of frogs for sale
That top frog doesnt seem to want to accept his fate and looks like its trying to escape
Moo hunglay and two portions of rice for 120 Baht
