I wonder how this will affect existing licence holders. Does anybody know when this will come into force?

Hi Beddhist.
From what I have read this will come into affect 120 days from August 18th and a 'big bike' will be regarded as over 400cc.
I haven't yet seen anything referring to current license holders.
Maybe other member have more info?

Good, my licence expires before then.

Looks as this will be delayed, maybe reconsidered.
Voices for lower than 400cc has come up.

For us that have a valid license, we can wait until renewal date.

I believe that expired licences aren't being policed at the moment. Covid.
