Latest 105 Road condition

I know it's rainy season, but cabin fever is overwhelming. We want to go from Bkk to Mea sot to Mea Hong via 105 Song to Pai to Chang maj to Sukhotai back to Bkk.
Departure date is 10 to 12th of July.
Question: latest condition of road 105? Travling on Honda x-adv and Africa twin on pure road tires.

The 105 is all new road Now for the last 2 years.
Not sure if the 12 is finished with major road works.

Route 12 is still under construction, best use the 1175 for a least 6 months .
