I was never happy with the design of the XR250 1996 and was looking for a cool design, but all the websites that I found had boring design kits, with just the logo of the XR or from Honda, what a waist of money. Until I finally came across this kit on ebay from darksidestudio. I ordered it and was positively surprised about the high quality of those graphics, they were 105 Dollars for tank shrouds, side panels and both fenders and swing arm. The Installation was not too complicated. All You need is a heat gun or hairdryer, some water/soap solution, windex and rubbing alcohol. The hardest part is clean of all the dirt, that has accumulated over the years. Once everything was clean, I started spraying with windex the side panels and then the graphic it is 22 mil. I moved the stickers until I finally had them in the right place. Now I used a rubber squeege to move the liquid out underneath the surface, for the corner I used the heat gun and worked all bubbles and wrinkles out. Doing this the first time, I think I did an "ok-job", I am happy with the new design:kboom

Looks great but I guess that it must have been a bit of a "nightmare" to get them on the right place without bubbles and creases

thanks Lone Rider, it wasn't all that difficult then I thought, the heat gun is the trick
