Has anybody ordered parts from K-SPEED?

I ordered two light bulbs for my CBR500R from K-SPEED on Monday and they finally arrived today, Friday.
Unfortunately they sent the wrong bulbs, 35W instead of 55W - I can get the 35W bulbs at any Honda dealer because they fit the CBR300, but for the 55W bulbs I'd have to travel to Surat Thani or Phuket Big Wing.
I've tried MC accessory shops here in NST and local shops that sell all kinds of bulbs, but they either have 35W for smaller bikes or 100W for cars.
Also the product they sent looks very Chinese-made; not "Made in China" by a reputable company but Chinese-made.
I'll send them back because I can't use them and hope that they will send the right bulbs.

I wonder if anybody has dealt with them before and what their experience was.

Update: The right (H7, 55W) bulbs arrived today, oh what joy!

It's such a great feeling when something finally worked out...! It took a bit longer because of Songkhran, of course.

So I have to say that after the initial mistake K-Speed did everything to make up for it, even paid for the postage.

I guess that's quite good for ordering anything over the internet in Thailand!
