Guides for trail riding in Thailand & Laos
We've been discussing this for some time now & there seems to be a huge gap in SE Asia for motorcycle guides, especially for north Thailand & Laos, both off-road and on-road.
I can't tell you the amount of times we have motorcycle riders, whether they are passing through on their own bikes or in SE Asia on vacation, trying to source experienced motorcycle guides in the region to show them around. It's easy to forget living here, how difficult the Asian region is to motorcycle travelers, the language barriers being one of the biggest hurdles & that brings the anxiety of where to get fuel, where to sleep, how far to the next village, what if the bike breaks down etc..... All these thoughts while exploring and touring take away a vast amount of the enjoyment for many & will often hinder how adventurous they would like to be (a minority of explorers actually like it).
After some lengthy discussions with some of the experienced riders in the region, we are now able to offer some of the best motorcycle guides for both Thailand and Laos. The guides can be available from 1 to 10 days. They are NOT available for motorcycle teaching/ training, you will have to prove you can ride before they will accompany you, whether it be proving you can do lock-to-lock figure of eights, it is not a baby-sitting situation.
If anyone is interested PM me and we can arrange this quite easily.
