There are national parks and forrest parks all over Thailand, here is a list: National Park of Thailand, Online Reservation National Park of Thailand, Forest Park of Thailand, Thailand National Park, Thailand Forest Park, Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department, Royal Forest Department
Often the national parks often have accomodation and camping facilities, the forrest parks often do not have facilities.
Last year I met some Chinese with campers, they camped wild without any issue.
