Just been to a BKK dealer to check out new F800GS. The Thai spec F800GS has lowered suspension option, which makes sense for most locals I guess. However I'm tall and like a tall bike.
I assume (not very wise?) just a different link arm at rear but how about the front, different springs/damper etc or something simpler like shorter spring spacers or something. Basically I don't want to spend another 30-50,000 THB to get a std spec. Seat was 15,000 THB and suspension price was too hard but I guess more than seat.
Anybody have information about how it is lowered and if it's easily raised ?
