Does 95 octane gas provide better performance than 92?

Somehow, I think I've asked this before.

I'm riding a little 125cc Kenbo which only requires 92 octane gas. I'm heading up to the mountains, and I want to get every little extra power I can.

Does using 95 octane gas improve the performance of a bike that doesn't need it?
 
Riding in Malaysia I never noticed any difference using a higher octane fuel then the lower octane stuff in Thailand
