Dirt Course / Track - Hang Dong

Has anyone any info on the place I have seen on the south side of canal road heading towards Sanpatong at the locale shown below? (Apologies if I have missed a conversation about it here already)

Currently the barn type building on Street View at the place is plastered with bike sponsorship posters and there are earth work type tracks purposely made into a course.

The track is behind the barn in that foto?
There was a race there 22April iirc. We saw it in passing a week before and there were a dozen or two bikes(underbones) there. We did a lap each but it was like a mud pool on the flat, you had to ride the wall of the track to stay out of the mud, and you couldnt get to the jump with any speed because of the mud

Well the track I saw a few weeks ago was between the road & the large barn.

It's not that big but there seems to be the making of a regular place to do what ever they do !!

went past earlier today the track as been leveled and all the signs have gone !
