Nik - Som did it on a BMW F 650 gs Dakar fully loaded, should be ok, its been cleaned up a bit since then too.

I ride this way many times. This year I was wondering myself about the road - easy to ride. They repair a lot with a bulldozer. You could see the marks of the chains.
 
Some friends rode it a few week's ago and said it was pretty much graded the whole way but the stream crossings are still there :banana:
