Some friends want to ride in february in Laos and ask me what happen at the border in Chiang Kong. They hear some problems whe you arrive with 5 bikes. Some information that you need a guide or a police man . What is going on there. ? In Chiang Khong is a Cafe and the owner a smart lady can do the paperwork someone know her ????
