Chemicals and Oils availability

Here in Cambodia I cant find waterproof grease, anti seize, or dielectric grease, to name a few things

I was including those items in a bike parts order from the US and the online merchant redflagged all of them for airfreight. Shipito has a screening process too, as does USPS.

Are those items readily available in Thailand hardware/auto stores ?
