Jealous of the great pictures i have been seeing recently, especially those of 2 Wheels and Phil in the Laos reports i just wondered what camera you guy's like to take with you on your trips or which one you have on your wish list and why

I'm using a Canon G1X the most currently. Nasty off-road I take a Panasonic Lumix LX5, big road trips I take a Nikon D90 with a 28-70mm F2.8 lens & a 80-200mm F 2.8 lens.

This is what the 80-200mm lens can do, i like the way it blurs the background.

And mine is the Sony Cybershot, with Carl Zeiss 30x lens, GPS etc.
A bit bulky but suits me.
