Sale price seems really low. If I am reading the price correctly you could just liquidate the inventory and walk off with a pretty good chunk of change.

I was thinking the same thing, if it is the case and it does create cash flow, on a EBITDA multiple valuation, looks pretty good.

Bike inventory back of the envelope valuation (rental bikes)

10 big touring bikes 650cc years 2010 to 2013 ( say 4 Versys 240k each, say 6 ER6's 140k each) = 1.8mm Bht

5 big bikes 250cc enduro /Motard style (KLX 250's 90k each) = 450,000 bht

25 scooters 115cc to 125cc PCX Honda
(say 25k each) = 625,000 Bht

There's 2.8 million Bht in bike inventory, so something is amiss

Seems cheap, are the bikes all paid for or does the company come with some debt ?

Looks like the bikes are financed, there's the answer.

Probably all on credit..

EDIT :: Others have noted it already.

Aye. And thanks Phil for the post. I should stop dreaming about a motorcycle business in Thailand. Burned twice.....

Did you contact the guy about debt/assets? He did say "Price can be reduced easily, resell some bikes separately" so still could be worth a look..or not

Question is, if all the bikes are sold off, what is the company worth?
