B. Pakhon Mekong River Bridge construction underway


Glen from Singapore just returned from Laos and spotted the bridge construction underway NE of Xayabouri across the Mekong on the way to Luang Prabang. Looks like it won't be long.

I must have had my eyes closed there, I didn't see any construction.

I did pass this guy heading down there though.
