I have been back in the UK since 31st march and its been warm and dry all the time
Wednesday night and this old BSA was gleaming
Its a long way to ride through Indonesia to see the GPS get to zero on the North/South co ordinates but on the ride to Eastbourne I can get to zero on the East/West co ordinates
This beautiful old 650 Yamaha from 1973 was seen yesterday
The owner bought it in 1974 when it was only one year old
I always thought this colour was the best one and its similar to the YDS7 and YR5 two strokes colour scheme
Not the original mileage but on its second speedometer
Enjoying the smaller quieter back roads
If I was on the 500X I would have explored down there but its not so much fun off road on the F model
No rain here for a while but water is flowing in all the streams
The temperature quickly rose and I soon had to take some layers off, 195 miles/312 km was rode today and I would normally be cold doing that distance in early april but not today
Riding through some of these pretty Wiltshire villages
There is actually a working telephone in this phone box
While its very common in Thailand its not so common to see someone fishing roadside in the UK, this guy was down from London for the day to fish in the river Nadder a few miles west of Salisbury
I decided to seek an alternative ride home that avoided riding through Salisbury
I have never rode along here before but now I have found it I will use it again, it probably takes longer but it was a much more pleasant experience riding this route
Hopefully this weather is here to stay
