Heading east of town I was happy to get off the straight 1317 and onto the quieter bendy roads
A dirt track that isnt on Auke's map needed exploring
Taking a break whilst his chilli plants are having their thirst quenched
This track also has a fair amount of traffic using it
This section wasnt on any of my GPS maps and the airplane needed investigating
I certainly didnt expect to find this out here.

The owner tells me he gets visitors in the mornings to fly in these
Doesnt look like that will fly again
The chatty owner
This road is paved but rather bumpy
The Huai Lan reservoir is disappointingly low again
I ride over this which is not much lower than the overflow and the water level is well down from maximum
It was rather busy here today with singing going on from some of the guys fishing, it was possibly alcohol induced singing by the sound of it though
Meandering through the side roads coming back from the reservoir I pass this guy at work
All things bamboo here
A road showing as an unpaved track following the canal is now fully paved here so I try it out as I havent been along here before
After quite a few km it turns to unpaved
Less than 1 km and its paved again
An unpaved side track going off of it gets rode as well
These emerge from the trees
A rack of ribs and chips at 3 Little Pigs 350 Baht, really succulent delicious ribs too, these are the dogs bollocks
The menu says they weigh 1 kg before being cooked, the dogs at my GH thoroughly enjoyed the bones too
