3 Brits & 2 Septics ride for Laos (2nd Feb, 2011) PART 1
(MORE TO COME POSTING IN STAGES!)

The team:

Phil (KTM 990 Adv) & Princess Jason (BMW F650 gs Dakar):

Oz (septic 1 - in some very gay "village people" riding pants on a FZ1)

Rob (septic 2 - on a leaky Africa Twin)

& Welsh Russ (on a KLX 250, with a shiny frame)

From Chiang Mai, off we headed towards Nan, here on the beautiful 1091

Beautiful roads to Nan

Regrouping before getting to Nan

Being Chinese new year, we had reserved 5 rooms at the Grand mansion GH in Nan, 350 bht each

Then off out to Da Dario's for an excellent ceasar salad and some pasta

The peppered pork steak is an excellent choice there if you're perplexed

Some swift red label drinking at Noi's bar in Nan (fantastic lady)

Then off to Filth club for an amazing unexpected surprise!! --Nan is NOT boring!!

After Filth club, onwards to Channel X disco 5 meters away, which was also packed, here Princess Jason having some fun after a lot of whisky

Did you knew that Da Dario has 2nd Restaurant just opposite from Grand Mansion,, when you go out from GM, turn right and ride 40Meters and turn LEFT and less than 100meters on LEFT hand side there is 2nd Da Dario restaurant in NAN

I have never seen that Marco, the boys are headed there in 2 days, Ill tell them to test it as none of us have been to the second da darios

Ok, its very close to GM like i said, when you are about to come road from GM parking area, turn right and very close like said abt 40meters on LEFT turn and abt 100meters then Da Dario is on the left hand side, it's first building on that road left hand side and 2nd unit, there is sign also,, first unit is inet place and then it's Da Dario,,,
they open it abt beginning of December or very end of November,, that time there was 2 girls serving, last time after we left Cm last time, there was only 1 male and NO filter coffee even that is mentioned in the menu...as that is same menu as in the main Da dario,,,

Wow! some nice photo's Phil, I thought the one on Robert suffocating his A/Twin was great.
Hmmm I have never seen Fifth on a night like this, I sure these photos will do wonders for Nan tourism.
