On a small track this lady is sorting out her tamarind
IMG_0828.JPG
This was on her hut, another one for Roger to translate for us

I was fully expecting this track to end soon
IMG_0831.JPG
But then I saw this around the corner and the track leads to it
IMG_0832.JPG
I wasnt expecting to find this here as the main entrance leads out to a track I rode yesterday and is only a short distance away, obviously I missed this turn yesterday

A coffee shop where you can drink it and buy it packaged up, apparently the coffee comes from Mae Charim

One of the friendly staff, the coffee is roasted and bagged up here

No signs in English here and also nothing in English anywhere along the route to even say it is here.
I didnt take the main entrance in yesterday as it just looked like a short track into someones garden.
Its at N18.62508 E100.72253

After that unexpected find now its back to normal

Hardly any of todays route was showing on the Garmin GPS map and i was surprised at how much I found with lots of it linking up with what I rode yesterday
IMG_0857.JPG
At the walking market tonight for food, unfortunatelt the kebab stall wasnt here today but thankfully the chicken seller was and today he had pork ribs too
IMG_0858.JPG
A sweetcorn was purchased from her
IMG_0859.JPG
Pork ribs, half a chicken, tamarind sauce and a sweetcorn for 120 Baht

Interestingly I can see a cup on Google Maps where the coffee place was, often I see things on Google Maps out in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing there but on this occasion they got it right

Oh dear, Colin you are making me work hard (and it's 36C today in Kan).

Ok, your sign reads something like:

New Agricultural Project of 70,000 Rai
A gift for King No.9 (that's the late king and it's a strange way of saying it)
Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives

Btw - your coffee shop says COFFEE in Thai script rather than the Thai "cafee". Reminds me of years ago I was looking for the "Thai Hotel" in Buriram so sensibly (I thought) I looked for a sign saying "Roong Raam Thai". No, it was Thai Hotel transliterated in Thai script and pronounced as in English!
