Somehow I missed a track off the 108 halfway towards Mae La Noi so that was the first offroad bit
It started off paved then became unpaved before turning to single track
It made a pleasant start to the days ride
Some low cloud leaving Mae La Noi on the 1266
Some single track to start off with on the 4006
One of the tracks on the gps map seems to be no longer rideable unless you are good on a trials bike
Friendly folk in Ban Dong
Looking at the size of her I was expecting to find a KFC and a Pizza hut here but no sign of either
I wonder if that means civet cat coffee
Muddy again in places
Then just around the corner its bone dry
An unknown reservoir found on a new track
A single track runs from the back of the reservoir to another track already on the map but it was a bit of a problem getting the bike up the last bit as it was so slippery
Eventually it gets out
The single track I just rode up
The paved 1270 through the trees, its been two years since I was out along that section and I must get back there to see if its now fully paved or not
Riding back to Ban Dong and I am trapped inside a fenced off town, I remove a section of the barrier to get out
I am told this sign says danger
