I am downsizing. Up for sale is my 2001 Africa Twin.
It is highly modified to make it rock solid reliable for SE Asia. It was modified by Robert H who has owned many Africa Twins in LOS. I currently own 2 of his AT's.
Modifications include:
Bagster tank bra with tank bag
Engine bar protectors
BMW grips
Custom powder coated Jesse side bags (locally made)
Givi Top box plate (no box)
Oversize Footpegs
Remus Titanium Silencer (28,000 baht when new)
Tapered roller bearings in head stock
Heavy duty tubes
Bar Risers
Custom seat
Aircraft Electric fuel pump
YSS shock absorber (Rebuilt in box)
Second Honda electric fan put on the left side radiator with manual switch for it. Never overheats !!

Acerbis hand guards
Arm welded on center stand so easier to put up on stand
Bosh twin electric horns
Stainless steel brake lines
Rugged Roads Aluminum rear chain guard

You will not find another Africa Twin like this in Thailand. I have owned it 3 years and have only put 6,000 KM's on it. It reads 10,xxx now. I have absolutely no reason to believe the mileage is not authentic.
The book is gray and I will guarantee the transfer of the book. I have transferred it into my name with no trouble. I have taken the bike into Laos as well.
Please don't insult me with low offers, compare it to a versys or any other crap I have heard from people that cannot appreciate this fine classic and capable touring machine.
