16-11-15 Mae Sarieng New Tracks West Off The 108

Total distance 76 km

I was expecting lots of dead ends and not much fun today as it was time to head north of town taking all the tracks to my left





I was correct about the dead ends but once I started finding the workers it soon turned into a fun day





Another dead end was a bottle dump





The first decent long track went to the river

Despite no rain for almost a week now the river is still muddy







These two happy ladies were at the dump at another tracks end







I was spoiled for choice here, I was offered coffee, tea and rice

I enjoyed one of these rice snacks

If it wasn't for the better weather I could be excused for thinking I was in the UK seeing that kettle on and a mug of tea





Perhaps the fire was to keep him warm

It was an enjoyable day, these tracks needed mapping and now they are done about two thirds of the way to Me La Noi, hopefully tomorrow I will finish them off up to there
