Chicken from the sunday market, fries from Intira 145 Baht
Slightly north of where the asphalt of the 1266 finishes and a lot of work going on here
On the ride back and the track widening is going ahead full steam
Finally back on double track again, well I never made it to Huai Hom but not to worry I found great new tracks and hopefully tomorrow I might get to Huai Hom off road as long as that is where the track goes to
From my vantage point I can see another double track ahead
It brings me to a single track going down to this field where I manage to ride through and link up with a track going out the other side of it
About 750 metres before Pha a Bo Khli I take a side track
A bit further on and its double track which has to come out somewhere, both of my gps maps show a track 3 km north or 3 km east so its some new stuff for a while until I link up
Here I nearly turned around, luckily I didnt
I take another fork which doesn't look like it gets much use apart from these cattle
Now to ride back
It finished here
The track reaches a double track but as its early I decide to explore a single track going off it, little did I know it would go on for a long way
The track splits twice and one of the other tracks also had one of these bridges but I am heading in the direction of Huai Hom and want to link there if possible
Time to cross over the water again
A few days ago I found the Om Long Canyon, today I find the Nam Mae La Noi Canyon, I must check this out again early november to see what it looks like then with more water flowing down
The track rides alongside the river for a way
It might be a bit more difficult after heavy rain
The first of two water crossings
This shelter even has running water
It goes down to the Mae La Noi river
Never be put off exploring single tracks that look like they only go down to a field, this one started todays fun adventure and went for ages making a great new link up loop
Part of the track heading north looks like its paved now, its been a few years since I last rode it and I guess change has taken place
Now to head north of Mae Nga to explore side tracks
On the track to Mae Nga and the water was actually warm
Heading out of town and fires are burning everyday between here and Mae La Noi
